What Parcel records
Parcel records an authenticated account identifier, nominated public profile links, consented profile information, coin metadata, ledger allocations, cash-out status, transaction evidence and security audit events. Demo records stay in the separate local database.
What stays private
Provider session credentials and pickup references are encrypted and restricted to authorized recipients and support staff. Public activity omits legal identity and pickup details. Parcel does not ask users to upload full identity documents when the provider can collect them directly.
Providers and consent
Connected authentication, storage and blockchain services process data necessary for their functions. Payment-provider data sharing depends on the service used and requires the applicable disclosures and consent. Parcel does not send identity or pickup details to unconnected payment providers. Public profile name and biography require recipient consent.
Your choices and retention
Recipients can change public-profile visibility from the dashboard. Blockchain records cannot be erased. Financial and security records may need retention for reconciliation and applicable obligations. Contact the operator through the private support form for access, correction or deletion requests. Records needed for security or financial reconciliation may be retained.
Cookies and local storage
The app uses necessary authentication cookies and local storage for recoverable launch drafts. A private claim token is kept only in the launcher’s current browser session for sharing. Parcel does not include advertising trackers.
